You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the Sicilian culinary traditions by learning the secrets of my cuisine. A delicious experience not to be missed in the world of homemade pasta creation. You will discover the secrets behind the authentic flavors as you immerse yourself in a welcoming and creative atmosphere. In our course you will have the opportunity to literally get your hands dirty! I learned the traditional techniques for making various types of fresh pasta, from basic puff pastry to more intricate shapes. We only use high quality ingredients, allowing you to create healthier and tastier dishes. The skills acquired during the course will be a treasure that you will carry with you for life. You'll be able to replicate recipes at home, delighting friends and family with home-cooked dishes and demonstrating your cooking skills at every opportunity. A vegetarian menu is available upon customer request. Remember to communicate any unwanted foods, intolerances or allergies.

Everything you need for the cooking class

We'll get our hands dirty! I'll reveal the secrets to making fresh pasta in three different shapes. You will cook with me and taste real Sicilian sauces! Upon arrival, the experience includes a welcome flute of DOCG prosecco accompanied by typical products of my land (cured meats, cheeses, olives, bruschetta, etc.). We will cook together step by step the fresh pasta that we have previously made and we will season it with the typical sauces of the Sicilian tradition. The meal will be accompanied by DOCG red or white wine (one bottle for every two people), still and sparkling water, coffee and liqueur. We will end the experience with a typical Sicilian dessert of your choice between tiramisu and ricotta cannoli. My home will be your home throughout the experience. You will live some unforgettable hours to remember and repeat at home with my recipes.

Welcome flute of DOCG prosecco accompanied by typical products of my land (cured meats, cheeses, olives, bruschetta, etc.).

Ravioli alla Norma

Fresh pasta ravioli filled with burrata cheese served with fresh tomato sauce. basil, fried aubergines and baked ricotta.

Spaghetti with Trapanese Pesto

Fresh pasta spaghetti seasoned with basil pesto, fresh ricotta, tomato sauce, Parmesan cheese, fresh basil leaves.

MAIN

Tagliatelle with garlic, oil and chilli

Fresh pasta tagliatelle seasoned with a sauté of oil, garlic and chilli pepper. All sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.

DESSERT

Tiramisu or Cannolo alla Ricotta

A choice between Tiramisù di Rossella and Sicilian Cannolo with ricotta.

Amazing private pasta making experience

This was such a great experience. Ross Ella and family were very welcoming. We asked to learn how to make some dishes my Nonna used to make and she delivered. It was fun to have a hands on experience. Be forewarned, do not eat before you go. You will have so much food to eat. I would highly recommend this to anyone interested in learning how to make pasta.

Great for ages! Welcoming and authentic experience!

This was an authentic and fun activity. We did this on a port stop and it was perfect. Rosella and her husband are beyond welcoming. We had 5 adults and 5 little kids. Our kids are so much fun and learned how to make pasta. The food was delicious as well. If you are looking for an easy, educational experience then this is for you. I highly recommend booking this experience. We will be back!

Amazing Pasta Class!!!

Rossella & family were so welcoming and the pasta class was absolutely amazing! We made 3 types of pasta with 3 different sauces and they were all so delicious! You will not be hungry after this amazing class. Rossella also provided us with links to Italian recipes and what such a good teacher. They also took pictures for us along the way!! I’d recommend any class with Rossella!!
