In our course you will have the opportunity to literally get your hands dirty! I learned the traditional techniques for making various types of fresh pasta, from basic puff pastry to more intricate shapes.
We only use high quality ingredients, allowing you to create healthier and tastier dishes.
The skills acquired during the course will be a treasure that you will carry with you for life. You'll be able to replicate recipes at home, delighting friends and family with home-cooked dishes and demonstrating your cooking skills at every opportunity.
A vegetarian menu is available upon customer request. Remember to communicate any unwanted foods, intolerances or allergies.
