Perfezione
Tutto molto professionale, molto bello, molto buono, forse troppo una sbavatura lo avrebbe reso più normale ma forse non sono abituato io a tanta perfezione.

Tastings With A View
From the moment we arrived, hospitality was extended. Two of us were Americans and 6 others were from another country. To facilitate the languages, we sat at our own tables for the tastings. The hostesses spoke good English, the food was really good, and the wines were delicious. (Lunch was a first plate of cheese, meats-a salad-risotto cooked in Brunello.) This was a nice experience in a beautiful setting.

Imbarazzante! Colpiti dalle recensioni abbiamo prenotato, per trascorrere una giornata con amici venuti dalla Sardegna. Partiamo dal presupposto che abbiamo visitato altri vigneti e partecipato a numerose degustazioni e l’offerta proposta ci sembrava buona. All’accoglienza ci hanno affidato ad un “esperto della produzione”(quindi che probabilmente nel suo lavoro si occupa di tutt’altro), il quale ci ha illustrato il tutto in maniera confusionaria, ragalandoci un vero e proprio momento di noia e ...daha fazla oku

Gentile Signora, Ci scusiamo per la Sua esperienza avuta all'interno della nostra azienda. Senza voler entrare nei dettagli, posso solamente dirLe che il nostro impegno é sempre di massimo livello, in tutte le cose che facciamo. Purtroppo stiamo vivendo un periodo estrememanete altalenante e non siamo ancora riusciti ad organizzarci per il meglio dei nostri clienti. Posso assicurarLe che, anche grazie al Suo intervento diretto e sincero, ho già preso delle prime misure per riportare la qualità di servizio al livello di cui siamo tutti abituati.
