This full-day tour with an experienced Caribbean Horizons tour guide offers all the island’s highlights in one fun-filled day. Driving along the picturesque west coast, to the Fishing town of Gouyave, home of Grenada's three-time, Olympic medalist Kirani James. At Diamond Chocolate Factory we will sample delicious Jouvay Chocolate. Your adventure starts at The Victoria Nutmeg Museum, You will learn why Grenada is known as the Spice Isle. Belmont Estates plantation lunch and dark chocolate are delicious. At the very North of the island, in St. Patrick, you will visit Carib’s Leap, an important historic site in Sauteurs. Sample Rum at a rum shop, made by the 200-year-old water-powered River Antoine Rum distillery. Passing the eastern coastal town of Grenville, we cut across the mountains to 1900ft above sea level, through the Grand Etang rainforest, home of the Mona monkey. We end with a cooling swim at Annandale Falls before the return journey to St. George’s.

Awesome land tour with Ian from Spectacular Tours

We took a cruise with Celebrity cruise line and one of the ports was Grenada. If you book excursions with the boat it’s so expensive. We were walking into the town and was met by a man named Ian Baptiste. He owns Spectacular Tours. He asked what we wanted to see and took us on a private tour. We saw landmarks, beautiful scenery and a waterfall. He filled us with lots of information bout places we saw and visited. We also stopped at some shops owned by the locals. The highlight of our visit!

This was an outstanding, comprehensive, all day tour. We saw so many things more than we expected to. We had plenty of time at each scheduled stop, plus many more enroute stops and vistas enroute. Our driver Derron was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and his insights to island life / Granada culture added significant extra value to the tour. Fun and enlightening

Fantasiac views and beautiful country. Our Guide was Tony who kept the trip interesting and fun. Providing us many facts about the history, culture and everyday life of Grenadeans. My favorite part was the chocolate tour, tasting a cocao bean flesh and learning about the different locations. Also the other Rum distillery tasting tour. This was a great tour and I suggest bringing your questions and a towel for the waterfall.
