From there, we venture into the working cellar and dicover the process of producing our range of wines. The tour concludes with a guided tasting of our 4 premium wines, 3 red wines, aged in french oak and 1 white wine aged on it's lees, each pàired with local delicacies /tapas to compliment the flavors of each wine.
