This hands-on cooking class lets you explore Guangfu traditions in practice. You will be guided by professional Cantonese chefs, who teach you ingredient selection, seasoning and practical cooking skills. We offer hundreds of classic and modern dishes with customizable lessons, so you can fully enjoy learning and cooking. Ideal for food lovers, cultural travelers and anyone wanting to improve cooking skills. We offer a 3-hour Chinese cooking class featuring 3 dishes, such as cucumber salad, dry-fried beef hor fun, and sweet & sour pork with pineapple. These are traditional Cantonese dishes. We rotate hundreds of different dishes daily for cooking enthusiasts. Our professional instructor with 30–40 years of experience will explain ingredients, seasonings, cooking steps, and cultural background. The chef will demonstrate each dish, and you may record key steps with your phone. You will then cook with one-on-one guidance. After cooking, the chef will provide feedback, and you will share and taste your own dishes together.

A classic Cantonese dish. Tender beef, wide rice noodles, bean sprouts, stir-fried hot and fragrant with wok hei. Simple and delicious.

A fresh and crispy Chinese cold dish. Cucumbers are smashed and tossed with garlic, vinegar and a little chili oil. Light, refreshing and easy to eat.
