IMPORTANT: Once your booking is confirmed please send us a private message reconfirming your desired pickup time and your email address so we can send you more details for the day of your arrival and a map so you have no trouble leaving the port. Details for PICKUP: On the day of your arrival, there will be someone waiting for you just before the exit of the port premises. There ir a line to aboard the taxis but you can directly skip the line because hayhu already has a designated driver waiting for you. His name is GABRIEL or RUTH FROM THE COMPANY TAXI TOUR COSTA MAYA and they will Immediately locate you in your vehicle. I will send you an email with pictures of where you will find them. Remember, you have to go towards the exit of the port to where the taxis are. Follow the red line in the map. (It’s about a 20min walk). We book and pay the transportation 24hs before your arrival, so If there is any inconvenient, please let us as soon as you can. Remember that the pick up time is according to the Mahahual time.

Excellent Escape!

Overall experience was excellent. The staff was very attention and made sure all of our needs were met. We were traveling with children and the staff went out of their way to find beach toys for them to play with. Definitely worth the 30 minute taxi from the port!

El lugar es simplemente de primer nivel, muy apartado del ruido y gente, es muy exclusivo y la tranquilidad es muy buena, el personal es demasiado amable, se esfuerzan en hacer tu experiencia VIP , bebidas y menú excepcional, playa muy privada y muy linda, nos tocó sargazo pero es parte de la naturaleza, las instalaciones realmente muy cómodas, cada grupo en su propio lounge con resposeras cómodas, mesa sillas hamacas de todo!!! Secluded beach getaway

This place is secluded and beautiful. The staff was very attentive and kind. Food was delicious as well. They only thing that was not good was the sargassum seaweed was covering the beach, but that is completely out of their control. We will definitely book this excursion again when we come to Costa Maya!

Fantastic People, Food & Amenities

We have been on a 2-week long Princess cruise and this was our final port before headed home. My Wife and I were blown away by how nice this hidden gem is. Located only about a 25 minute drive from the Port in Costa Maya, Hayhu is a must visit again for us. Our driver, Gabriel, was extremely knowledgeable and gave us a short history lesson on the way to the private beach club. Once we arrived at the destination, we found ourselves constantly in awe. A perfect day in a paradise place...away from big cruise groups....definitely an absolute recommendation
