After meeting at the meeting point, we walk together to a beautiful local house where you’ll enjoy a welcoming and authentic atmosphere. Take a few minutes to relax with water before the experience begins. We start by introducing ourselves and getting to know each other, creating a friendly and interactive environment. Then, the cooking adventure begins! You will learn step-by-step how to prepare a traditional Moroccan tajine, from handling and cutting fresh ingredients to assembling the dish. Without forgetting Moroccan & orange salads ,Guests actively participate in every step, making it a fun and engaging experience. As part of the class, you will also enjoy a spice guessing activity, discovering the aromatic spices that make Moroccan cuisine so unique. While the tajine cooks, you’ll hear stories about Moroccan culture, Ramadan traditions, and the mix of culture. Finally, we sit down together to enjoy the meal you prepared and learn the art of preparing and serving traditional Moroccan mint tea, completing a full cultural and culinary experience. This class is perfect for travelers who want authentic hands-on cooking, cultural learning, and a friendly, interactive environment

Moroccan Cuisine

Fantastic experience with ABDO. Besides being friendly, he is a very cultured and educated young man who explains the culture and customs of the city to us while we prepare a typical meal! Always with a fantastic mint tea to accompany, of course! I recommend!

Wonderful teachers and guides

Azzadine and Yusef were wonderful guides and cooking teachers. They met me in the medina and brought me to their house, where they showed me how to prepare Moroccan salad, chicken tagine and oranges with cinnamon. They taught me a lot about Moroccan culture while cooking, and we had a wonderful lunch with the food we cooked and traditional Moroccan food. They were open and wonderful about their lives, and this was one of my best experiences in Marrakech. Highly recommend!

It was a wonderful and unforgettable experience in Marrakech. We had the pleasure of preparing with our own hands the traditional Moroccan tajine, delicious typical sweets, and fresh local salads, all in a family-like, warm, and welcoming atmosphere.
