The Old Quarter (Vietnamese: Phố cổ Hà Nội) is the name commonly given to the historical civic urban core of Hanoi, located outside the Imperial Citadel of Thăng Long. This quarter used to be the residential, manufacturing and commercial center, where each street was specialized in one specific type of manufacturing or commerce.

Meet your guide at the departure point. You will go to a secret eco-friendly coffee shop to get your briefing pitch. Here, you will also enjoy a demonstration of the preparation of an iconic drink: Vietnamese egg coffee (with a twist). You will continue to the 'bamboo corner', a spot that has been around for decades. ２日連続で別のフードツアーに一人参加しました。今回は２日目で、参加者は私1人だったので前日のツアーで訪れたお店のリストを見せてアレンジしてもらえました！食べ物の事だけではなく、歴史や街のこと、レシピを聞いてくれたり、道路の渡り方までガイドのSunnyさんはとても親切にしてくれました！リクエストを聞いてくれたので、食べたい物を食べられて嬉しかったです！
