We thoroughly enjoyed this tour, along with our two small children (4 and 2yrs). The rice farm was very interesting and then cycling around the local area was also a highlight. Upon returning to the local house we continued to learn about the rice growing process, had an awesome opportunity to learn how to cook local dishes and then enjoyed a delicious lunch. The family were happy to help entertain our children so everyone had a very me memorable time.
We had a wonderful time with Mr. Hoang at his home. He picked us up on time at the hotel, about 10 minutes by taxi, we were reached at his house, were warmly welcomed by family members (his mother, his wife, and 2 young daughters). Because his family lives in the rice fields, we have the opportunity to hear about the farmer's life here, we are taught how to use traditional farming tools in the past to produce white rice grains - the final product for Vietnamese people to eat every day.
