Hello, my name is Abdou. I am a Moroccan person food lover grew up between the old medina and the wonderful beach of ESSAOUIRA. I have learned the basic of the cooking from my mother when i was child , And thats give the opportunity to work as a shef in many restaurants in many cities in Morocco I would love to share with you everything about my culture , especially food and drink if you are interested in learning how to make a tradutional moroccan tajine or any kind of moroccan food or if you are looking for the secrets of the moroccan food and culture, this experience is the right for you IT WILL BE A HONOR FOR ME TO SHARE ALL OF MY KNOWLEDGE WITH YOU SEE YOU SOOOON!

This is more than just a class – it’s a warm and authentic experience where you’ll cook side by side with local people and learn our traditional recipes step by step. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel like part of the family. I will guide you through each stage of preparing a delicious Moroccan meal, including our famous tagine, sharing tips, techniques, and stories behind the dishes. Everything is explained clearly, so whether you are a beginner or love cooking, While our tagines are slowly cooking, we will take a relaxing break to enjoy traditional Moroccan tea with homemade pastries. This is our way of welcoming guests and sharing our culture of hospitality – a special moment to connect, talk, and enjoy the atmosphere. After cooking, we’ll sit together and enjoy the meal I’ll also be happy to give you local tips about Essaouira — what to see, what to do, where to eat, and things to avoid — so you can make the most of your stay. Abdou est un hôte formidable. Du début à la fin de l expérience 100% satisfait.L’endroit est propre,convivial .La confection de la tajine est formidable bons ingrédients frais ,bon goût et tres agréable. Abdou nous fournit de belles explications sur son pays.

Really good cooking class

We had a really good experience with this cooking class and only can recommend it. Abdou learned us how to make a very good Tajine. He informed us about the spices, the herbs and the ingredients in general. It was really nice to cook and talk with him. He also teached us a bit of the arabic language. Thank you!

Brilliant

Simply brilliant! We had a great time with Abdou, everything was correctly explained, the ingredients were of quality. We ate several tajines during our stay but none were as good as those cooked during the cooking class. I recommend this course to you 100%.

Great cooking class!!!

This cooking class was absolutely wonderful! We had a chance to create a wonderful meal with expert guidance from the chef. He also included some historical and social learning about food and culture in Morocco. We had plenty of time to talk about our experiences and try the food we had made. Really wonderful experience!!!
