The experience is guided by a trained Sommelier. It starts with an in depth tour of our Hill Park vineyard that has commanding views of Gaahna Bula-Mount Canobolas, followed by a 4 course lunch with each course having been paired to our wines. Some of the wines are poured specifically for this experience and not otherwise available.

The wine tasting consists of all of our wines, including back vintage single vineyard wines not otherwise available.

My wife and I really enjoyed this whole experience. The appeal for us was the 5 course degustation menu, which are always great. Compliments to the chef - each dish was superb, beautifully prepared...daha fazla oku
