During your Island Cooking Experience, you will: • Arrive to a warm welcome drink and settle into my cozy tropical backyard. • Watch and learn as I demonstrate authentic Jamaican cooking techniques using fresh, island-inspired ingredients. • Enjoy interactive moments, where you can ask questions, taste ingredients, and participate lightly (no heavy cooking required unless you want to). • Sit down to a beautifully plated meal served family-style or in courses. • Experience authentic island flavors—spices, herbs, sauces, and stories behind each dish. • Relax in my rustic garden patio surrounded by fresh herbs and lush tropical greenery.
