There is something magical about Sunday lunch in Italy — the smell of slow-cooking tomato sauce, laughter in the kitchen and family gathering around the table. In this special family cooking experience, you will live that magic together. We will roll up our sleeves to prepare fresh egg pasta, cook the sauce and béchamel sauce, and layer all the ingredients to create a delicious homemade lasagna. While the lasagna is baking, we will prepare a simple dessert and toast with a glass of wine (or juice for the children), sharing stories and little secrets of Italian cuisine. Finally, we will all sit down together to enjoy lunch — just like Italian families do every Sunday.

Spend a joyful day cooking and eating like a real Italian family! Together we will make a DA lasagna, share stories, laugh and sit around the table for a real Sunday-style lunch — just like at Grandma’s.

It's never too late to learn how to make fresh pasta

A nice experience, fun, interesting, a different way to have lunch with friends. In a relaxed and collaborative atmosphere Carlotta guided us step by step to the preparation of lunch, we learned to make fettuccine, orecchiette and more... which we then enjoyed with satisfaction. Thanks to the volcanic Carlotta and her assistant!
