Experience the flavors of Peru in this hands-on Peruvian cooking class led by a professional local chef. We’ll pick you up from your hotel and head to our private kitchen, where you’ll learn to prepare three of Peru’s most iconic dishes — from scratch!
What You’ll Make
Starter: Picarones — delicious Peruvian donuts made with sweet potato and drizzled with fig honey. Once a humble street snack, now a national favorite!
Main Dish: Anticuchos — grilled beef heart skewers served with potato and corn, a traditional recipe that dates back to colonial times.
