We take a leisurely walk across the road from Spitalfields and show you the real like a local neighbourhood of Brick Lane with all its secrets, gift shops and the Truman Brewery, a converted relic from the past. The Local Food Bank. That's right, a food bank in the UK. We visit the local food bank and try to contribute to their efforts by providing 'tips for locals'.
