The experience includes, appetizers, 2 starters: Spanish omelette, Iberian ham toast with tomato, and paella as a main course.

There is the possibility of picking up travelers, the price is 50€ up to a maximum of 4 people, if you are more than 4 check prices.
Learn how to make paella and sangria from start to finish. We'll start by preparing authentic Spanish sangria, then we'll sample two tapas: Spanish omelet and ham toast with pantumaca. You'll finish by chopping ingredients and cooking the paella. When it's finished, you'll sit down in our air-conditioned dining room to enjoy our signature dish. We'll round things off with a tasting of three national liquors.
Important: if you have allergies or intolerances with any kind of food please let us know in advance so we can adjust to it.
It is possible to host the event at the guest’s home for an extra fee, for more information contact us.

Sangria prepared in the traditional way, wine, peach juice, rum, whiskey, gin, vodka, grenadine syrup, cinnamon, fruit and ice.

Amazing Paella, Great Sangria, and So Much Fun!
Absolutely amazing experience! Learning to make authentic paella and sangria was an absolute highlight of our trip. The staff Pedro and Tony were fun, engaging, and super helpful throughout the class. The food turned out incredible, and the atmosphere was fantastic from start to finish. Highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Madrid!

Excellent host and experience!
We had a wonderful and especially enjoyed meeting our host Tony. He has a great personality and taught us not only how to make the most amazing paella and sangria but a lot of history as well. Would highly recommend!

Wowee zowee!
Pedro was a fabulous instructor, assisted by Yirelis. Pedro covered the histories and traditions of paella and sangria, what makes each special, and offered some expert tips. He made sure we each participated in creating both. The snacks were great. Couldn’t be happier. I recommend this!
