We love Mechelen and love to share it with the world. Still a hidden gem, it is very accessible from both Antwerp, Brussels and Ghent. It is quieter than the bigger cities, but has more charm in our opinion :) Our tours are small groups only. For safety, but also because we like to know the people we guide. As we visit local, independent stores and eateries that were started by young entrepreneurs, you also support them! This is our aim too - to promote Mechelen small businesses. We hope that you will enjoy touring with us :)

Our walking food tour in Mechelen starts on a very important square. After a short introduction and brief with what you can expect, we start our journey. This tour combines sightseeing and food and gives you a good insight in what Mechelen is all about and where the residents love to hang out. At all attractions or interesting areas that we visit, we make stops for tasters. These can include cheese, charcuterie, street food, chocolate, plant-based food, ice cream and other goodies. These are examples only and can vary. There are plenty of opportunities to take photos! Grote Markt or Main Square is an area that has a lot of history in and around it. Leuke foody tour door Mechelen

Onze gids, Sophie, was zeer aangenaam en vlot in omgang. Ze liet ons heel wat mooie, bekende en minder bekende plekjes in Mechelen zien. De tour is ideaal om een goed beeld van Mechelen te krijgen: je bezoekt de verschillende delen van de stad en komt iets meer te weten over architectuur, geschiedenis en het culinaire aspect.
