Then they will go through the winery where each of the stages of the production process will be explained to them, from the crushing of the grapes, to the fermentation, filtering and bottling process. A Lovely Winery

A truly lovely tour, about 30 minutes from Santa Cruz, but well worth the extra time to go there. It was a perfect morning: sun shining on the hills and on the clusters of grapes almost ready for harvest. We were given a welcome glass of rose, followed by the tour, where we were able to see the bottling process in full gear. The chapel, built by the owner’s father, was beautiful. Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa en la viña Encierra. El lugar es realmente hermoso y se respira tradición en cada rincón. Durante la visita se nos explicó todo con gran detalle y pudimos recorrer cada espacio: la bodega, la sala de eventos y las distintas áreas de la viña. Very good visit in Viña Encierra, located in Peralillo, Colchagua! Marianela, who was in charge of the tour, A LOVE!!! Very nice visit!! Honest, authentic, nice stories of the family, the chapel, WONDERFUL!! Wines, fabulous too Cabernet Franc rose, very rich! Congratulations also on Cabernet Franc Texture!! Rich surprise!! Another wine experience in Colchagua, in a vineyard that recently celebrated its 25 years! WE MUST GO!!
