Embarking on an EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) tasting tour in Sparta, Greece, offers a distinct and enriching experience. Our facility handles the olive from the tree all the way to the packaged product and therefore you experience the whole product sourcing and processing. A certified food chemist provides the tour, presentation and tasting session. Historical and Cultural Immersion Exceptional Quality and Authenticity Renowned Terroir Certified Excellence Private and customised tours available. Seasonal experiences available from Dec 1st - March 1st.

Tasting Session

English and Greek Speaking Guide

There will be a guided walking tour of the factory facilities while factory is non-operational with a brief visit to our olive grove that hosts various varieties of olive trees native to Greece. An evoo expert will guide you through an evoo tasting session after a presentation of the company, the olive tree's signficance to the region and its lifecycle, and various tasting tips. There is ample parking, restrooms, an automated snack/beverage machine, a boutique with the facility's products for purchase as well as an 300kw EV-charging station for public use.

Olive Oil Sampling (3)

Water & green apple slices for cleansing of the palate between evoo samples. There will be Kalamata olives & olive paste available for snacking.

Really nice tour with an excellent and knowledgeable guide! The tasting was much fun and we learned a lot about the oil and it’s varieties. Of course the products are also great!
