Visit an old family oil mill in the heart of Salento and taste its biological olive oil. Since 1700 this family owned mill has produced a top quality extra virgin olive oil winning many awards. The 9th generation still produces olive oil with love from the same centuries - old trees. Marta, the agronomist of the family has followed the passion of her ancestor. She will guide you through her biological farm: you’ll visit the oil mill and the production areas, she ‘ll teach you the quality and the differences between olive oil and you’ll participate in a professional olive oil tasting, learning how to recognize the different type of oil and how to pair them with food. Finally you’ ll enjoy the culinary experience she has prepared for you: typical local delicacies and cheese paired with the oil. Get ready to live amazing experience!
