As a founder of Feliz Yau Cooking Class started in 2018, I will share my family traditional recipes with you. Dumpling eating symbolizes family reunion, harmony, and prosperity. The act of folding and eating dumplings (jiaozi) signifies gathering, with their ingot shape representing wealth. We will meet up at Jordan MTR Station. Then, we will go to a nearby local market to shop for fresh, organic pork showing you how a local buy groceries in that market. Then, we will head to a cozy café kitchen where you’ll prepare dumpling filling and half of wrappers from scratch. We wrap both handmade and ready-made wrappers. Each guest will make 10 freshly made boiled dumplings step by step with clear instructions. Easy to follow. Vegetarian is available please state it in special requirement. Morning /Afternoon /Private / Big group class are available upon request by contacting me. Small-group class for a relaxed, personal experience.
