This coffee tour was incredibly well done from beginning to end! You could tell how much thought, care, and passion went into every part of the experience. We learned so much about the coffee making process, from the plant to the finished cup, and gained a real appreciation for the work and dedication behind every organically grown bean. Jonathan and Miguel were knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Everything was explained so well, and the tour was both interes...daha fazla oku

I have been following "Life in Loja" closely for several years and really appreciate the variety of tours and customized guided experiences they offer. Having lived in Loja province myself for two and a half years, I finally booked the Organic Coffee Tour—something I had long planned to do. It truly exceeded my expectations; I wish it could have lasted much longer. We were guided through the beautiful, picturesque organic plantation high up in San Pedro by Jonathan and the coffee plantation owne...daha fazla oku

Jona is the bomb, and his energy sets the tone for every tour he offers. He’s a local who speaks fluent English, has a great sense of humor, and makes sure you don’t miss a thing. I’m a US citizen living in Loja, and as a coffee lover, I signed up for his Organic Coffee Farm Tour to learn more. It was a great, intimate group: Jona, me, and two European women (one from Germany, one from Austria), both living in Ecuador as well. Jona picked us up in Loja for a scenic drive out toward Vilcabamba....daha fazla oku

Jonah was an amazing guide who was friendly, punctual and accommodating. He is very passionate about coffee and had lots of interesting information about the region and coffee farming that he shared with us which elevated the experience. The admission fee was fair for what we got to see and experience. The tour itself goes for a good 5-6 hours but it went very quick. Being on the coffee farm and looking at the processes offered an incredible atmosphere getting to walk through the farm selecting ...daha fazla oku

Our tour guide had excellent local connections with local coffee farmers to make this a super personal tour for our family. We spent a good amount of time touring with the local coffee farmer and our guide, hiking the farm and exploring and learning about the different types of coffee grown on the property. We got to learn about how the coffee is processed and what makes a good coffee. It was an excellent personalized and intimate tour. Wood recommend.
