You will walk through the olive groves, where you will learn to identify the different olive varieties we grow, such as Picual and Cornicabra, and understand the cultivation and harvesting process from the field to your table. Next, you will discover how we produce the organic extra virgin olive oil and learn about the sustainable circular economy model. The experience continues with a guided tasting of the premium EVOOs, where you will learn how to identify aromas, flavors, and quality. You will also enjoy a tasting of the innovative olive oil jams, combining tradition and creativity, accompanied by traditional local “pan de cruz”. At the end of the visit, you will have the opportunity to visit the shop, and each guest will receive a premium gift set to take home and continue enjoying the experience.
