Paris Cooking Class: Learn How to Make Macarons

This class was the perfect activity in Paris. Making macarons is HARD, but with a teacher like Florence I had a fun time and learned a lot. Even when we made mistakes she was prepared with extra ingredients and knew how to fix it. The space was very well designed, with areas for each group to cook as well as a few beautifully decorated table areas to sit and eat our macarons at the end of the class. I will absolutely return - maybe even for the same class!

My husband and I went to Le Foodist for the Macaron making class. Stephane was exceptional! I wish I could give him more than 5 stars! He was patient (even when my husband messed up), engaging, and extremely knowledgeable! I would highly recommend this class to everyone especially with Stephane!

We had an awesome and informative class learning how to make macarons. Our instructor, Stephan, was personal and precise in his instructions and expectations. The macarons were delicious, and I look forward to making macarons at home.

Stephane was very knowledgeable and made our experience enjoyable. He was able to help all five of us and ensure our product turned out perfectly. He gave us good guidance and made it so much fun. And the macarons were delicious with plenty for us to take home and share with friends. Highly recommend it.
