As the icing on the cake you will learn to prepare also the iconic Tiramisu. Share your passion for the Italian cuisine as you make new friends in this hands-on cooking class. This is a shared cooking class held in a carefully selected local home in Spoleto. Our Cesarine (the name of our hosts) will welcome you like part of the family and will teach you their family cooking secrets for an authentic culinary experience.

Great instructor and fabulous food.

We had Vanessa as our instructor and she was fabulous!!! It was only my friend and myself, which was perfect. Our class was in her home with her family helping. They had a lovely brunch set up for us on our arrival where we all sat and got to know each other. They made us feel very welcomed and very much at home. Then we started with the tiramisu so it would be ready at the end of the class, it was so easy and fun. Then we went to the kitchen and started on making three kinds of pasta. Van...daha fazla oku

Highly recommend!

Claudia and Francesco were amazing hosts! They did a wonderful job of showing us local pasta making techniques and teaching us about Italian customs. The food is as simply amazing. We had a long evening of great food and conversation. We would nightly recommend them as hosts for your experience!
