Whilst you are taught by our professional Pasta Evangelists chefs you will enjoy unlimited Prosecco & enjoy the funny, captivating stories of Italian history and lifestyle. Our Pasta Academies are located throughout central London; Farringdon, Greenwich and Richmond so easily accessible. At the end of the class you will have gained a traditional skill passed down through Italian families for many years - the art of making pasta by hand!

Easy and fun pasta making class for beginners

Very professional Italian chef with good sense of humour created relaxed pasta making session for 19 beginners. The past was easy to make. The sauces for vegetarians and meat eaters were provided to eat with our pasta. Lots of Prosecco. A fun class with a delicious pasta lunch at the end

Friendly class with lots of one-on-one assistance

Marco and his assistant were absolutely brilliant - full of energy, encouragement and fun! In addition to learning the right techniques, we also were told which tools to use, tips on when preparation doesn’t go to plan and storage of unused pasta. Thanks for a great class!!
