The Pizza Course is divided into 3 hours, a first theoretical part, a second part where you will put your hands in the dough and make a real dough with the transformation and cooking of the loaves and the third part which will be tasting.

Dinner

Roberto and his collaborators will welcome you into their facility to introduce you to the world of pizza. The course will begin with a tour of the 0 km vegetable garden and will be divided into three sentences: the first phase, where we will discover the history of Tramonti pizza, its origins, the dough techniques and the use of raw materials; the second phase where a real dough will be made with the transformation and cooking of the loaves which will be seasoned as desired with the typical products of Tramonti and the third phase is that of tasting, where the excellence of the territory will be tasted.

Do not miss!!

If you are looking for an incredible, off the beaten path experience, this is for you! We love to travel and find authentic experiences that are less touristy. This was one of the best classes we’ve been to, highlight of our trip to the Amalfi coast for sure! It was worth going a bit out of the way.. in fact make it a day trip, you won’t be disappointed!!
