Firstly, place a pin in one of our maps to break the ice and let us know where you've travelled from! Whether you're from down the road, or a continent away, we love a chance to get to know you. Then as you tie your aprons and sit down, get started with how to make your very own pizza dough to take home at the end. As we won't have time for that dough to prove, we bring out the dough we hand-prepare before every class. This is used to make your pizza (yes, you will be eating it at the end of our class). Make a sauce that's right for you, stretch your dough, add your toppings. We'll pop it in the oven to bake. You'll then eat. Maybe with one of your favorite drinks that you have brought along with you.
