Expérience culinaire polynésienne

Expérience très enrichissante sur les traditions culinaires polynésienne. Accompagné par des passionnés de la préparation à la dégustation. Nous avons œuvré dans une cuisine très propre dans cadre de verdure très apaisant . Les produits étaient très frais et excellents. Merci Audrey ,Stevenson et Alfred . Je repars des idées plein la tête(aidé par le livret reçu par mail )pour partager ces saveurs avec mes amis !

savourer votre voyage en Polynesie

bien plus qu'un atelier de cuisine ... c'est une veritable immersion dans la culture polynesienne et son adaptation a la vie d'aujourd'hui, qu'Audrey et Stevenson vous proposent. ils arrivent petit a petit a emmener le groupe pour créer le repas partagé en fin de seance, chacun ayant laissé sa touche personnelle pour l'assaisonnement. Une magnifique façon de savourer votre voyage en Polynesie. Courrez-y !!

If you do one thing in Mo'orea, let it be this!

We booked this experience a while in advance, and I am SO glad we did! By far one of the best things we decided to do while in Mo'orea. As soon as we arrived Stevenson welcomed us as if we were coming into his home, shoes off, coffee offered & conversation to make us feel comfortable. The other parties arrived and we got straight into things, learning history and culinary techniques as well as the extensive range of produce that grows locally. Polynesian cooking de-mystified!

This is a great experience. Audrey and Stevenson really show how Polynesian cooking uses local produce (mostly from their garden) and in the course of a few hours we were able to prepare a wonderful lunch. I would definitely recommend it!
