From Gratallops, we will continue to the viewpoints of Finca Palacios, home to the famous old vineyards that give rise to the iconic L'Ermita wine, one of the most valued in Spain. We will pause for a gourmet lunch in a renowned restaurant in the area, located in the Priorat, we will go to a restaurant that has positioned itself as one of the references of haute cuisine in the region, combining local seasonal products with exceptional creativity. He has been awarded the Sol Repsol, a recognition that guarantees his commitment to excellence and innovation in the kitchen. It has also received praise from the Michelin Guide, cementing itself as a must-see place for lovers of fine dining. Our next stop will be in Porrera, where we will visit the renowned winery Clos Dominic SL. This luxury wine tour will take you to explore a family vineyard more than a hundred years old, nestled on a spectacular hillside and protected by the Generalitat for its unique beauty and natural value. The visit will include a tour of the winery, followed by an exclusive tasting of several of its most select wines, accompanied by a pairing of extra virgin olive oil made with centuries-old Arbequina grapes, fresh bread and an exquisite pica-pica.
