The perfect end to our honeymoon in the caribean
We booked this trip during our honeymoon because, unfortunately, our stay at Sandals hadn’t been quite the relaxing experience we had hoped for. We wanted to do something really special for ourselves - and this ended up being one of the absolute highlights of our time in Curaçao.
My wife suffers from motion sickness, so I was worried the boat might be too choppy for her. Hilde immediately reassured us that it would be a gentle, relaxing trip - and she was absolutely right.

Our private sailing experience with Maxie Sailing was truly one of the highlights of our family vacation in Curaçao! From the moment we stepped aboard, Hilda and Norbert made us feel incredibly welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease.

We absolutely loved having you and 'your Terrys ;) on board with us. Some tours simply have that wonderful connection from the very beginning and yours was definitely one of them. We truly enjoyed the conversations and your lovely company throughout the day, you made it a very special one for us too.
Reading that you felt so welcomed and cared for means more to us than you probably realize. We always hope our guests leave with beautiful memories of Curacao and their time aboard, but when guests arrive as 'strangers' and by the end of the day it feels more like we’ve spent the day with friends, that is the very best part of what we do (and love).

Don’t miss this!
This is a special experience that shouldn’t be missed. Skip the group tours and book your private day on the water! The Galaxie sailboat is 5 star. Norbert and Hilde are exceptional hosts.
The sail along the coast is gorgeous. We loved the time swimming in the clear blue waters. The boat is stocked with everything you need for a perfect day on the water. Hilde’s gourmet lunch may be the best meal you have during your vacation.

A must in Curaçao
Absolutely amazing. I ca not recommend this enough. This day trip exceeded all of our expectations. The home cooked food was amazing. The service was friendly and warm. My kids had the best day on the water thanks to Maxie sailing!
The crew go above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect!! From the moment they greeted us this was 5🌟 service and attention to detail!
