MORNING VERSION
From breakfast to lunch, you 'll be acquainted with the most delicious local delicacies.
Taste the most traditional local breakfast and witness phyllo making process. Continue sampling local cheese and Kalitsounia Cretan pies.
Experience the world-famous Mediterranean diet. Visit a local delicatessen and learn how to select top-quality Cretan olive oil, taste the exquisite thyme honey and unveil the secrets of pairing aromatic herbs & spices with food.
By now, you must need some energy—let's indulge in a sweet local delicacy.
Finish with a meze, mingling with the locals at a backstreet eatery tasting traditional Greek food.
AFTERNOON VERSION
The afternoon version remains the same, except for Bougatsa which is replaced by wine & charcuterie board.
