We will share with you the stories behind our collection of Italian Natural Wines produced by small artisans, paired with traditional recipes of the Italian culture ( we don't have a fixed menu but like to change all the time especially according to seasons!! ). We travel to discover "forgotten" regional recipes and always use fresh and organic ingredients - all our veggies are from our urban vegetable garden, cheeses from small farms, fish from fish market, etc..
