Guided by an experience and local chef, you will discover the secrets behind regional dishes and you learn how to cook in a traditional Apulian style. The cooking class will take place in a traditional masseria immersed in the beautiful Apulian countryside, surrounded by typical dry-stone walls and olive groves. After a short visit of the masseria, you will start your traditional Apulian cooking class You will learn to cook some of these Apulian dishes: • Orecchiette (typical Apulian pasta) • Focaccia and bread • Vegetables (such as fave bean puree with chicories, zuchini or aubergine parmesan, etc...).Some dishes may vary depending on the current season. After trying out the recipes for yourself, you will have the chance to sit back, relax and enjoy the Apulian delicacies you prepared.
