Cinzia gave us great tips as we made our own pasta and cooked three courses, while all the time explaining how she makes her organic Chianti wines and olive oil. As our food cooked we took a tour of the vineyard and winery and then finished eating lunch overlooking the vines and the surrounding countryside. An amazing memory that we highly recommend.
We booked this private class in part because we were travelling with our (very energetic) 18 month old daughter and wanted to be able to take turns chasing her around as needed. The guide and the family running the experience were very accommodating, and made sure we all had a great experience. After learning to make the bruschetta, pasta, and tiramisu, we got to sample the wines produced at their vineyard while enjoying one of the best meals we had during our trip! Loved getting to meet the wine maker and his family! His mom taught us to cook Italian and we even got to do wine tasting and tour the family winery! The driver was absolutely fantastic and taught us so much about the area!

We felt like part of the family. The farm is darling, well kept, beautiful, loving, and cozy! Complete with a dog and chickens. Gabrielle was super chill. The ride was exciting too. Best pasta and tiramisu ever!!! Would go back!!
