What could be a better souvenir than cooking knowledge to last a lifetime? Learn how to prepare 3 local recipes from scratch with your Cesarina, and discover the secrets of regional Italian cuisine. The pleasure of conviviality goes far beyond good food and wine. Our guests take part in an experience which is so much more than just a cooking class. Learning and dining with a Cesarina gives you the chance to be welcomed in like one of the family and live like the Italians do. Cesarine is Italy’s oldest network of home cooks. They are passionate and welcoming hosts that open the doors of their own homes to curious travellers for immersive culinary experiences.

Please note that our Cesarine are ready and thrilled to host you in their homes! All Cesarine are always very careful and attentive of the important sanitary rules needed, even more now! The homes provide all the essential sanitary equipment for the guests (paper towels for washing hands, hand sanitizing gel and so on). Remember to always maintain 1 meter distance from each other and if not, wear masks and gloves

Your experience will take place in a carefully selected local home in Marsala, or the surrounding area (you can decide how far you'd like to travel). We cannot share the address of our host for privacy reason. Upon booking, you will receive all the details you'll need.

Amazing cooking class in Sicily

My wife and I had an amazing experience at the cooking class hosted by Gianfranco and his mother Maria. They made us very welcome and taught us so much about making three different kinds of pasta. The wealth of knowledge that Gianfranco had to share was outstanding. Please arrive with room in your stomach for you will not only eat the meal that you helped prepare but a lot of other scrumptious food as well. Beautiful winery, beautiful family and delicious food. I will definitely be making the dishes when I get home. The food we cooked was served with wine and the wine was excellent. Really loved the sparkling Rose' and ended up buying a bottle of the Zibbibo and some olive oil to take home with me.

Best Cooking Class - Cannot Miss!

We had the MOST wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, we were treated as family. We were taken on a culinary journey as Gianfranco, Linda, & Mama Maria shared with us the rich culinary history of Sicily and Marsala. We learned how to prepare a most delicious 3 course meal which we then ate! Each course was paired with wine grown by the family, perfectly matched and memorable.
