    We will visit the market to explore different ingredients, master the art of choosing fresh produce, and learn how to negotiate prices. Head back to the kitchen to cook the 3 dishes you’ve selected. Lastly, enjoy the dishes you’ve created, and receive a certificate of completion and a cookbook as the class wraps up. NOTE: This is a customized menu. Customers have a short discussion with the chef about which dishes everyone agrees to cook. You have 02 free selected dishes and 01 dishes recommended by the chef.
