Here, you will learn how traditional gözleme is prepared, from dough making and rolling to classic fillings such as cheese, spinach, and potato. Guests may join in simple preparations or observe the cooking on a traditional sac (griddle). The experience includes lunch featuring freshly made gözleme, served with traditional Turkish tea and soft drinks, all enjoyed in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. At the end of the experience, guests will be transferred back to the original meeting point in Kaleiçi by comfortable vehicle.
