All this, with the unparalleled seal of the renowned chef, Francis Mallmann and an extensive wine list where you can choose among the different vintages of Montes wines and others from the Colchagua Valley. The cuisine features meat, fish, and vegetables prepared with different types of fire in the specially designed dome located in the centre of the restaurant, where visitors can see how the ingredients are grilled, smoked, and baked in preparation for the dishes listed on the menu. You'll have the option to choose a la carte and pay for your own lunch. We'll take care of booking a table for you.

At 16:00 hrs you'll enjoy the double Icon Wine Tour at Montes winery. Walk through our beautiful vineyards, with a great view of the Valley.
