Cooking, Laughter, and Amazing Food with Chef Carmen
We had a fantastic time at La Cucina del Gusto with Chef Carmen. She is funny, engaging, and instantly makes you feel relaxed and welcome. The class was hands on, well organized, and full of laughter. We made eggplant gnocchi alla Sorrentina, and it turned out absolutely delicious. The whole experience, from the food to the atmosphere, felt warm, authentic, and genuinely cared for. You can tell they really want you to enjoy yourself and have a good time.
