On this tour you will visit wineries which will give you a good overview on the wine-making scene of Šumadija. From the newly established Despotika Winery growing few indigenous Serbian grape varieties, over to the King's Wine Cellar with historical exhibition, through the eminent Aleksandrović Winery, all that with a lunch in a young and promising family owned wine cellar. Legal age for alcohol consumption in Serbia is 18.
Despotika winery doesn't operate from the 1st of November till the 1st of April. In that period this winery won't be part of the itinerary.
Renovation of the King’s Winery started during the summer 2025 so there might be changes to the availability of this stop.
Lunch with wine tasting can be organized in Aleksandrović Winery upon request. Please contact us after booking in order to sort the lunch with wine tasting details.

Your first wine stop is the charming village of Vlaški Do, home to the ambitious Despotika Winery. Among its many labels, one stands out as truly unique – Morava, an indigenous Serbian grape variety grown by only a handful of winemakers. Beside great wines, this winery also keeps unique wine museum with great exibitions. King's Winery

Next, the tour takes you to Topola, a town with a rich winemaking heritage. This is where the Royal Karađorđević family cultivated their vineyards and created the legendary Trijumf (Triumph) wine. The highlight is the original royal wine cellar, preserved in excellent condition, offering a glimpse into how wine was made more than 85 years ago. And of course, you’ll also enjoy tastings of their wines produced today in the modern winery—where tradition meets contemporary craftsmanship.

For the finale of the tour, we'll take you to a small family owned winery, where you'll meet the winemaker(and also a certified sommelier), and hear his passionate story about how he traded his corporate career for winemaker's career. Great Wine Tour - Highly Recommended for Belgrade

I really enjoyed my experience with the private tour company! We elected to do a whole day of touring with three wineries, that ended with a wonderful lunch. The tour guide was impressive in his depth of knowledge, navigation, and patience! We enjoyed each and every winery, and they were even able to arrange for a tour in a winery's off-season! A wonderful day day of wine tasting outside Belgrade

Miljan took us on a lovely day of wine tasting in Serbia’s Sumadjan wine region, including a visit to 4 totally different wineries. We loved all the delicious whites made from the morava grape at the Despotika Winery as well as their onsite Wine Museum. Best wine tour I've ever been on!

We had the best private wine tour with Miljan! We booked the Fruska Gora Wine Tour and he was super responsive about booking times and dates. On the actual tour day itself, Miljan drove us to 4 different wineries (all beautiful and unique in their own way). We loved every winery not only for the quality of the wine, but the lovely ambiance and the interesting conversations we had with each winemaker.
