Faydalı Bilgiler

The tasting experience is unlike any other in Paso Robles. Each flight showcases the artistry of small-lot, estate-driven winemaking that blends Old World inspiration with California craftsmanship. Guests aren’t just tasting wines — they’re exploring three distinct expressions of Al Lago’s philosophy: balance, elegance, and bold character. You’ll sample wines that tell a story: Romanza captures the romance of Northern Italy with its Corvina and Rondinella blend — a rare find in California. Sonata embodies the heart of a Super Tuscan, uniting Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Sangiovese in perfect harmony. Aria reveals the depth and intensity of estate Syrah, known for its silky texture and expressive spice. In one curated experience. It’s the only tasting that offers a comprehensive look at winemaking range, from refined Italian-style blends to powerful Rhône-inspired reds.

An Amazing Wine Experience!

I learned so much about the varietals used in these blends—so tasty! And I learned about the wines of not only PR region but also Tuscany. Matthew, the GM was VERY informative and so kind (as I arrived late!) to accommodate me. He is a chef by training but is super knowledgeable about wines. I will be doing this tasting again with my girlfriends! Thank you Matthew!!

Love it.

This is one of the most educational tastes I’ve had. It was a pleasure being hosted by you all. Please doing what you’re doing and more of that apricot cheese please.
