One of a kind experience
Amazing food and truly one of a king experience! Super worth the money and had great conversation with Rudy. Would for sure book again if in Dubrovnik, wouldn’t miss it!!

Immerse yourself in the rich culinary traditions of Dubrovnik at the Richet Cooking Class. Over approximately 3.5 hours, participants will master the art of crafting homemade makaruli pasta and the iconic Šporki makaruli, complemented by the delicious rozata, a renowned caramel custard dessert. Enjoy a welcome aperitif alongside local cured meats and cheeses, and savor two glasses of carefully selected local wine. This hands-on class, suitable for all skill levels, fosters a relaxed atmosphere perfect for connecting with fellow cooking enthusiasts. Leave with not only the skills to recreate Dubrovnik's flavors at home but also the cherished recipes and spice blends from your culinary journey.
Meals
Includes a welcome platter of local cured meats and cheeses, homemade bread, the dishes prepared during the class, and dessert.
Alcoholic beverages
Includes one welcome aperitif, two glasses of paired local wine, water, and homemade lemonade. Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests aged 18 and over.
Private transportation
Transportation to and from the meeting point is not included.
Guests will be welcomed with a traditional aperitif and a selection of local cured meats, cheeses and homemade bread. After a short introduction, they will prepare homemade makaruli pasta and learn about the history and traditions behind Šporki makaruli, one of Dubrovnik’s best-known festive dishes.
Working in a small group and with guidance from the chef, guests will take part in the key stages of preparing and cooking the meal. Some elements that require a long cooking time will be prepared in advance. Guests will also learn how to make rozata, Dubrovnik’s traditional caramel custard dessert.
During the experience, guests will enjoy two glasses of local wine paired with the food, as well as water and homemade non-alcoholic refreshments. At the end of the class, everyone will sit down together and enjoy the dishes they have prepared. Guests will receive the recipes so they can recreate the experience at home.

Best Cooking Class out there
This was truly the highlight of my family’s trip to Croatia. The chef taught us so many things such as how to properly hold a knife, the culture behind everything we were making, helped us learn different ways to cook and so much more. I have been on countless cooking classes throughout Europe and the United States, this was phenomenal and by far the best. He was friendly, funny, and overall amazing. A wonderful experience
