Our personalised beer experiences are hosted by Certified Cicerone® Beer Server and Beer Educator Nigel Ayling, who brings more than 30 years of beer tasting experience. Each session includes carefully selected beers tailored to the theme of the experience and your personal taste preferences. During the tasting you’ll explore beer styles, ingredients, brewing traditions and flavour profiles while discovering just how diverse beer can be. Each experience runs for approximately 1 hour. The experience: Discover the flavours of the South Coast through a curated tasting of beers from independent breweries along the South Coast Ale Trail. Along the way you’ll learn about the unique local ingredients that help shape these beers — including Ryefield Hops, Voyager Craft Malt and Mogwai Labs yeast, all produced right here on the South Coast.
