Un recorrido con aprendizaje y degustar sabores de San Juan

Recorrimos la parte sur de esta ruta del vino la zona de Pocitos empezamos en la champañera Miguel Más, muy bien atendidos con una excelente explicación de la forma tradicional de elaboración de champagne. Recorrimos sus viñedos, degustamos su particular y orgánico champagne. Recomendable bien frío. Desde ahí seguimos camino al establecimiento Fabril Alto Verde con sus exquisitos vinos orgánicos, unos de los mejores que probé en San Juan.
