With this tour you will see a real Florentine market, and get in touch with the locals. Your local tour leader will be there to explain food, wine, and tradition. We will also be happy to suggest you non-touristy spots for the rest of your vacation.

The local market is going to be our second stop. There we taste local snacks/dishes with homemade wines. We have a platter with cold cuts, cheeses and bruschetta next to a glass of wine. Then we will stop at the most famous stand/restaurant in the market, and taste their local dishes such as trippa and peposo (menu depends on the season) with their homemade wine.
- At market we stop at a meeting point for many Florentines for take-away lunches and taste coccoli (deep fied dough) with stracchino cheese, and prosciutto.
