Davide and the entire morning was fabulous! Davide is such a nice person, it's the owner and getting to know him was a perk on the trip. We talked about everything and of course the incredible knowledge he has of the cheese making. The cheese factory was incredible as we watched the cheese maker with the critical phase in making parm reggiano. Cannot recommend this tour enough! 10/10! Highly recommend as a must do!

Davide was brilliant. Such a fun tour. Small group, easy ride. Took great care explaining everything to us - took us to a fabulous Salumeria as well. We made this our very first Parma experience and it’s been wonderful. Highly recommend for families - our boys are 9 & 11 and enjoyed their time riding with Davide.

We read somewhere that this tour was the hi-light of their trip so we booked it and it was the absolute hi-light of our trip to Bologna. Davido was incredible - patient, friendly, warm, knowledgeable … perfetto! We rode out to a Parmesan cheese factory on the outskirts of Parma (a lovely city) and learned about the process, history and culture of Parmesan cheese manufacturing. It was fascinating!
