Fantastic experience with friendly and knowledgeable people. The chef and translator Tu make an excellent team. Food was delicious and so happy to have learned the secrets behind the fresh recipes. Location is very nice, Road to get there is not, you might think your lost but perseverance pays off when you arrive at Namkhan. Great evening highly recommend 👌
I recommend this highly. We've taken cooking classes in a number of countries, and this was one of the best. We were fortunate to do it in the low season, so it was just us, a chef and a translator. We picked the veggies in the eco-resort garden, mashed them up in mortar and pestles, and cooked some of the best food we had in our three-week, five country Asian trip. Really a terrific experience.
Für uns war es ein schöner Abend, die Gerichte, die gekocht, traditionell und professionell angeleitet. Das Gemüse im Garten gepflückt und jeder hilft und kocht. Eine runde Sache, dazu man in schöner Resortatmosphäre sein eigenes Essen genießt. Auch die Rezepte danach top. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Preis/ Leistung in Ordnung
Fantastic cooking course. Carried it out even though I was just one person, not a given at all (my own private class!) The course started promptly on the beautiful grounds of The Namkhan Ecolodge. The chef was joined by a translator to make sure I could understand all she had to share!
