Faydalı Bilgiler

This is Portland’s elevated sushi night out: a small-group, omakase-style progressive dinner across three top sushi spots downtown. Instead of tiny samples, you’ll sit down at each stop for chef-selected dishes—crafted to highlight different styles, cuts, and techniques—so you leave genuinely full and seriously impressed. Over 2–3 hours, you’ll enjoy a curated progression that can include nigiri, sashimi, specialty rolls, and seasonal plates (selection varies by night). Your guide keeps it fun and approachable while explaining what you’re eating, how to spot quality, and how to order with confidence the next time you’re at a sushi bar. All food is included, and group size is capped so the experience stays personal and high-touch. —and if you have dietary needs (gluten-free or vegan), message us after booking so we can plan your best possible menu. Why this is worth it: you’re getting a guided, chef-curated sushi progression at three restaurants in one night—without the guesswork.

“Normal” sushi has been ruined for me

Hands down the best sushi I’ve ever had, and the tour guide was a ton of fun! We learned a ton about sushi and the various fish species and importing from Japan, which was very interesting. It’s a bit spendy for the your, but this is because of the quality of sushi and is totally worth it.

Sushi knowledge is power

I recently went on the Sushi Tour and it was an amazing experience! I learned so much about the sushi I was eating and discovered new types of fish that I never knew existed. The tour was led by Beau La Fave, who is an expert in the Portland sushi scene. He took us to some of the best sushi restaurants in the city and introduced us to the most creative and innovative sushi chefs. The Omakase plates were the highlight of the tour. Each plate was made with love and care by the skilled Japanese che...daha fazla oku

10/10 amazing experience

10/10 This tour is amazing. I learned so much about sushi. I’ll never look at sushi the same again. The tour guide beau was so knowledgeable and charismatic I thoroughly enjoyed my time. He gave me amazing history on Portland and recommendations for restaurants.

The perfect sushi tour

My husband and I just finished our sushi tour last night and we had a great time. The food and presentation were amazing. We are fans of rolls and do not usually eat a lot of nigiri sushi. That will change. We had the most delicious melt-in-your-mouth perfect bites of nigiri. It was a gastronomic journey that I would gladly embark on again. For anyone seeking a great sushi experience, this is a must-do tour.
