The tour begins with a walk through the vineyards where, starting DA an explanation of the winemaking traditions of Valpolicella, the main steps of grape production will be introduced, with hints of organic farming. We continue after the visit of the winemaking rooms and the barrel cellar, where the wines are aged. At the end of the tour, we will sit down for the tasting of 5 traditional red wines accompanied DA salami, cheeses and other typical products.
